Return & Exchange

A full Refund or Exchange will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 3 days of purchase.

An Exchange or Credit Note will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase.

If an item is found to be faulty, a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be offered on Sale items, instead an Exchange will be offered where possible, or otherwise a Credit Note will be offered at the prevailing price.

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a Debit or Credit Card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card. Otherwise an Exchange or Credit Note will be offered.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on Underwear, Swimwear, Jewellery, or Cosmetics. This list is not exhaustive, and does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to refuse a Refund or Exchange for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
